Breakfast:
- 1 sausage egg and cheese griddle: 320cal + 21g fat

Lunch:
- 6inch sandwhich (Subway's cold cut combo on honey oat): 410cal + 17g fat

Dinner:
- 1 piece chicken breast: 140cal + 3g fat
- 4 tablespoon helpings of peas and carrots: negligible

Total today: 870cal + 41g fat
