Results and stuff

Hi everyone.
I have been posting in a long time, but I have basically been eating the same.

I went to a nutritionist, she said basically I had the right idea.
Except that 1500 calories is a little too low for me. But she said I would have to see her again for her to tell me exactly what I do need. I figure I will just eat closer to 1900 calories.

Anyway, I did lose 4 pounds. So,.... that's good.
Well, I will keep posting as much as possible.

Brunch:
hamburger: 350cal + 15g fat
1 slice whole wheat bread: 100 cal + 2g fat
1 cookie: 100cal + 5g fat

total morning: 550cal + 22g fat
