Diet Day 22

Breakfast:
-6 french toast sticks + 2 little containers of syrup: 350cal + 6g fat

Lunch:
sandwhich
- bread: 200cal + 1g fat
- 3 slices turkey: 328cal + 7g fat
- 2 slices bologna: 180cal + 16g fat
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise: 35cal + 3g fat
- 1 slice swiss cheese: 50cal + 4g fat

Total this morning: 1143cal + 37g fat

Dinner:
- 3 slices of pizza (each was small): 411cal + 18g fat
- 3 bbq wings: 135cal + 6g fat

Total: 1278cal + 55g fat

Comments:
that is way too fatty! it means 50% of ur day or so was just FAT FAT FAT! try to either reduce the fat or have more calories or sth, but i told you, no more than 50g of fat for 1500 kcal! ^.^
