dinner:
-4 oz turkey breast: 190cal + 5g fat
-4 oz parsely noodles: 170cal + 2.5g fat
-4 oz stuffing: 142cal + 12g fat
-2 fl oz gravy: 54cal + 4g fat

Total dinner: 557cal + 23g fat


Total Today: 1390cal + 53g fat
