lunch:
sandwich

-3 slices ham: 150cal + 9g fat
-1 slice american cheese: 105cal + 9g fat
-1 tsp grey poupon mustard: 5cal + 0g fat

total: 515cal + 20g fat

total this mornoing: 965cal + 33g fat

dinner:
stuffed chicken
rice
parsely noodles
500cal + 17g fat

Total today: 1465cal + 50g fat
